With over 30 years of experience in executive protection, law enforcement, and his military service, Mr. Lucas is one of the most highly respected and qualified security professionals in the United States. Jerry has performed duties nationally and internationally for clients in the Middle East, South East Asia, Latin America, throughout Europe & Africa conducting security operations, providing personal protection of nationally known VIP’s, diplomats and celebrities. Mr. Lucas has also conducted operations to rescue abducted children taken abroad, and directed security risk management and threat assessment programs for overseas corporations.
A former Global Security Operation Manager, Jerry Lucas is also a licensed private investigator and certified TSCM specialist, and often works as an associate consultant with Scott & Associates providing investigations and personal protection in N.C.
Mr Lucas provides training in the protective and security arena working closely in Latin America, Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Jerry is also a government contractor providing training to all branches of the military in protective security details (PSD) and advance tactical training.
Jerry holds several instructors’ trainer certifications in security and law enforcement including tactical programs. He has served as a SWAT member and Tactical Trainer for Special Operation Teams and Patrol Officers while serving as a Deputy Sheriff and has provided training to law enforcement officers in Police Survival techniques, provided Anti-Terrorist training to corporate Protection/Security Specialists, law enforcement SWAT teams, and military personnel.
Specialties: Certified PPS, NC license Private Investigator and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). A Tony Scotti Certified Driver Instructor through Vehicle Dynamic Institute, NRA LE and Civilian Firearms Instructor, Instructor Trainer (IT) for many non-lethal weaponry and instruct in Combative Fighting and Protective Security Details (PSD) with over 3000 plus hours of training in law enforcement and security courses.
Jerry served with the U.S. Air Force in Thailand and Vietnam and worked with the Thai Special Forces units in unarmed combative fighting techniques and served as a language specialist while assigned to the US Army SOG in South East Asia.
He also represented the military in marital arts while abroad and fought professionally in Thai Boxing. He attended successfully the Advance Special Forces Sniper course and the Marine Force Recon basic intro course.
He has held licenses as a Private Investigator in New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey,
Delaware and presently holds a North Carolina Armed Private Investigator licenses, Armored Car
Profession, Security Guard and Patrol, and Counter-measurement licenses.
